NEMRC Tribal Elders from around the world address complex planning/response issues as they relate to emergency management; regional health authorities; hospitals and public health facilities; vulnerable populations; EMS, FD and law enforcement; medical ethics and the impact of a crisis on society; and the cascading effects of critical infrastructure failure.
